Marriage and Relationship Conflict

Relationships are worth fighting for.

Every relationship goes through seasons. Some seasons are hard. And sometimes the distance between two people grows so quietly that by the time you notice it, you are not sure how to find your way back to each other.

Seeking support is not a sign that your relationship has failed. It is a sign that you value it enough to fight for it. Couples counseling creates a safe, structured space where both partners can be heard, patterns can be named, and real change becomes possible.

You may be navigating one or more of these:

  • Communication patterns that leave both of you feeling unheard or misunderstood

  • Difficulty establishing or maintaining healthy boundaries within the relationship

  • Recovering from infidelity and rebuilding trust after betrayal

  • Ongoing financial conflict and the stress it puts on the relationship

  • Ineffective conflict resolution that leads to the same arguments on repeat

  • Unaddressed wounds, resentments, or past hurts that continue to affect the present

  • Disagreements around parenting styles and co-parenting challenges

  • A breakdown of trust that has left one or both partners feeling unsafe

  • Loss of emotional connection, intimacy, or the sense of being truly bonded

  • Unequal division of responsibilities and the resentment that builds over time

  • Work-related stress spilling into the home and affecting the relationship

  • Feeling like roommates rather than partners, living parallel lives under the same roof

Relationships are not meant to be navigated alone, and neither is the work of repairing them. Whether you are in crisis or simply feel like something important has been lost, counseling can help you find your way back to each other.

I work with couples from a whole-person perspective, recognizing that stress, burnout, hormonal shifts, and unresolved individual struggles all affect how we show up in our most important relationships.
